I didn't start CC3PO because I wanted to build a company. I started it because 10 people depend on me, and I couldn't find tools that actually helped. So I built them. Former Tesla Vision team — trained the AI that now drives cars. 10+ years IT, systems thinking, and building things that outlast me. The village isn't a tool to me. It's family. When I said "CC3PO is more of a family than anything else," I meant it. Spanglish isn't a style — it's how my brain works. Central Valley raised. Family first. Everything else is just infrastructure.
