CC3PO LLC sends SMS text messages to provide service notifications, compliance alerts, appointment reminders, account updates, and customer support communications related to our AI compliance and automation platform.
1. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in checkbox on our website forms, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from CC3PO LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How you can opt in:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our free audit form
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our onboarding form
- Texting a keyword (e.g., START or YES) to our business number
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically, you will receive:
- Service notifications: Up to 4 messages per month (compliance alerts, scan results)
- Appointment/reminders: 1-2 messages per scheduled interaction
- Account updates: As needed for service changes or security alerts
- Customer support: In response to your inquiries, as needed
At any time, you may contact us to adjust message frequency or opt out entirely.
3. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. CC3PO LLC does not charge you directly for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from us β you will be immediately unsubscribed
- Replying HELP to any SMS message for assistance with opt-out or other questions
- Emailing us at legal@cc3po.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out"
- Calling us at (209) 701-1137
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
5. HELP Keyword Support
At any time, you may text HELP to our business number for assistance including:
- Information about the messaging program
- How to opt out (STOP)
- Customer support contact details
- Link to this disclosure page
6. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported on the following major US wireless carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their respective MVNOs. We do not guarantee delivery to all carrier networks. International SMS is not currently supported.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are collected and stored securely. We use this information solely to deliver the SMS communications you have consented to receive. Key privacy commitments:
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data with third-party lead generators, data brokers, or marketing companies
- Your phone number is used only for the SMS program described above and related customer support
- SMS opt-in data is stored separately from marketing databases
- You may request deletion of your SMS data at any time by contacting legal@cc3po.com

8. Program Changes
We may update this SMS disclosure from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation after changes constitute acceptance.
